Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University Participates in Welcoming Delegation from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and MOU Signing Ceremony to Strengthen International Academic Collaboration

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thanyanuphap Anuntana, Vice President of Chiang Mai University, warmly welcomed Prof. Huang Shanguo, Vice President of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, along with the delegation on their visit to Chiang Mai University and their participation in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony to enhance academic collaboration between the two institutions. Representatives from the Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University also joined the reception and discussion, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mankong, Assistant Dean, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Witsarut Achariyaviriya from the Department of Electrical Engineering.

The MOU aims to promote concrete academic cooperation in areas such as student and staff exchanges, joint research initiatives, as well as the exchange of academic knowledge and resources. This collaboration is expected to strengthen and sustain international academic networks between the two institutions. The ceremony was held at the Mom Luang Pin Malakul Reception Room, Office of the University, Chiang Mai University, on Tuesday, 24 March 2026.
