Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University Welcomes NUAA Delegation

On 8 December 2025, the Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, participated in welcoming Professor JIANG Bin, President of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), and his delegation on the occasion of their visit to Chiang Mai University. The visit included a meeting and discussions on potential academic collaboration between the two institutions.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on possible areas of cooperation in engineering and technology, including joint research activities, student and staff exchange programs, and the development of collaborative initiatives in disciplines with strong mutual potential. The discussion reflected the shared commitment of both institutions to strengthening international academic partnerships and promoting practical collaboration in education and research.

The visit marked an important step in enhancing academic cooperation between Chiang Mai University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, a leading university in aeronautics and astronautics in the People’s Republic of China, with the aim of fostering sustainable collaboration in the future.

On this occasion, Professor JIANG Bin and the delegation also visited laboratories of the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence program within the Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, to exchange ideas and explore potential areas for future collaboration.
