Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, and Orbray (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Sign Memorandum of Understanding on Academic Cooperation

              On Thursday, 6 November 2025, at the Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, the Faculty and Orbray (Thailand) Co., Ltd. formalized their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding on Academic Cooperation. The collaboration aims to enhance student competencies and strengthen university–industry linkages through a series of coordinated initiatives, including career-readiness sessions on résumé writing and company introduction with the promotion of available positions for third- and fourth-year students; faculty visits to the company and participation in the Orbray Open House; cooperative education placements (co‑op) and internships; scholarships or partial financial support for participating students as mutually agreed; joint reskilling/upskilling programs aligned with industry needs; exchange of knowledge, guest lecturers, and resources to support teaching and research; and the development and implementation of joint research, innovation projects, and academic services. This partnership is intended to bridge classroom learning with real-world practice and deliver tangible outcomes for the University, industry, and society.
