On September 9, 2026, at the Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, an official Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was held between the Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University, and GW Advanced Engineering Co., Ltd. The agreement was signed by Assoc. Prof. Thongchai Fongsamootr,\u00a0Ph.D.,\u00a0Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr.\u00a0Pinyo\u00a0Puangmali, Assistant Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr.\u00a0Watchapon\u00a0Rojanaratanangkule, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, and Dr.\u00a0Autanan\u00a0Wannachai,\u00a0Program\u00a0Chair of the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Engineering Program.\u00a0Representing the company\u00a0was Mr.\u00a0Krissanai\u00a0Inprom, Education Manager, accompanied by Ms.\u00a0Nithinan\u00a0Pengboot, Chief Engineer. The collaboration aims to foster academic cooperation, academic services, knowledge exchange, and curriculum development, laying a sustainable foundation for education. Under this 3-year framework, both parties will collaborate on developing\u00a0degree, non-degree, and online courses supporting the Credit Bank system, while providing experts in industrial robotics, humanoid robotics, and automation to serve as guest lecturers. Furthermore, the partnership supports practical workshops, equipment sharing, and student internships or cooperative education to cultivate a high-competency workforce that meets industrial demands, aligning with the Faculty of Engineering’s mission to be a leading educational institution dedicated to developing engineers and innovators who create sustainable value for global society.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
