The visiting delegation comprised the following esteemed faculty members:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Associate Professor Dr. Thongchai Fongsamootr<\/strong>, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering<\/li><li><strong>Assistant Professor Dr. Korrakot Yaibuathet Tippayawong<\/strong>, Deputy Dean and Director of Chiang Mai International Engineering School (CM-IES)<\/li><li><strong>Professor Dr. Nakorn Tippayawong<\/strong>, Lecturer, Department of Mechanical Engineering<\/li><li><strong>Assistant Professor Dr. Pana Suttakul<\/strong>, Lecturer, Department of Mechanical Engineering<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>A\/Prof. Nazmul <\/strong>Huda, Associate Dean in Teaching and Learning and Director of the Master&#8217;s Program at Macquarie University&#8217;s School of Engineering extended a cordial welcome to the delegation. The comprehensive discussions encompassed various potential areas of collaboration, including joint research initiatives, student exchange programs, summer camps, a double doctoral degree program, and professional engineering opportunities, with particular emphasis on civil engineering.<\/p><p>During their visit, the delegation participated in an informative campus tour guided by CMU alumni and a Thai professor from Macquarie University. The delegates expressed their appreciation for the university&#8217;s hospitality and noted the impressive modern infrastructure set within a tranquil environment.<\/p><p>This engagement signifies an important step towards establishing lasting academic and research connections between the Faculty of Engineering, CMU and Macquarie University (MQ), creating a solid base for future collaborative
